People Policy Practice Specialist

As our People Policy Practice Specialist, you'll have a real impact on how our people experience work every day, shaping policies, processes and tools so they're clear, connected and genuinely useful for leaders and teams. You'll work closely with Employment Relations, People Advisory, Partnering, Payroll and our offshore delivery partners to deliver aligned, efficient and user-centred outcomes, making sure everything works seamlessly together.
You'll enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, joining the dots across policy, process, systems and digital solutions with a strong interest in enabling smarter, more efficient ways of working. Finding better, smarter ways of working through process improvement, AI‑enabled tools, workflow automation and digital solutions to reduce manual effort and improve insight.

You're naturally curious, enjoy untangling complexity, and take pride in creating structure where there isn't one. You build strong relationships, bring others with you, and don't wait to be told what to do, you take ownership and make things happen.
Whether your background is HR, legal, policy or government, you bring the ability to translate complexity into something clear, practical and impactful.
