Enterprise Platforms Manager

At NZ Post, our enterprise platforms sit at the heart of how we move, track, connect and deliver. This leadership role is accountable for the stability, performance and modernisation of those platforms and the business applications that depend on them.
Reporting to the Head of Technology Platform Modernisation, you'll lead a capable team of Application Support Analysts and Systems Engineers who keep critical systems secure, reliable and evolving. You'll balance operational excellence with forward looking platform strategy, helping the business stay stable today while getting ready for tomorrow.
You'll do that by:

You're a people first technology leader who knows how to run complex platforms without losing sight of the humans behind them. You're comfortable in operational detail, but equally motivated by shaping strategy, modernisation and smarter ways of working.
You've led teams in large, complex environments where applications and integrations resemble spaghetti junctions. You bring pragmatism, political savvy and the credibility to influence ownership conversations and get momentum where lines are blurry.
