Process Risk Analyst – 9-Month Fixed Term

Come in and strengthen our first line risk and assurance capability. In this fixed term role, we see you working closely with operational leaders and process owners, to identify and assess key risks and controls across critical operational processes.
This is a defined piece of work where you will be assessing a broad range and variety of processes related to parcel processing and delivery– so some really interesting work to get involved in.
You'll embed practical assurance checks into operating system, ensuring proactive, consistent, and effective operational risk management. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with frontline teams, influence operational risk management, and contribute to build stronger capability and resilient processes.

You are naturally curious and confident engaging with operational teams, bringing a practical and disciplined approach to risk and assurance. You are comfortable navigating complexity, asking the right questions, and assisting teams to clearly understand their process risks and controls.
You bring a strong understanding of managing operational risks effectively at the frontline, bringing sound process thinking, combined an ability to engage, influence, and partner effectively with all stakeholders within an operational environment.
