Data & Technology Delivery Coordinator
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
This is the role that truly herds the cats. You will take the operational and administrative load off senior Data and Technology leaders so they can focus on strategy, delivery and outcomes.
Working across Technology Development, Data and Enterprise Architecture, and Product Delivery, you will create rhythm, visibility and discipline. From pulling together manual financial reports to tracking delivery progress, organising governance forums and making sure actions actually happen, you are the person who keeps momentum strong and surprises low.
You will be central to delivery coordination, leadership support and cross team communication, ensuring people have what they need, when they need it.
You'll do that by:

You are confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complexity into clear updates and actions. You are calm under pressure, detail focused and not afraid to follow up three times if that is what it takes to get the right information.
