Finance Operations Improvement Specialist
Our finance operations sit at the heart of how we deliver for customers and manage risk. From payables and receivables through to purchasing and supply chain, we're focused on lifting performance, reducing cost to serve, and building capability that lasts. This role plays a critical part in making that happen.
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
As a Finance Operations Improvement Specialist, you'll deliver improvement and transformation initiatives across core Finance Operations. You'll apply continuous improvement methodologies to optimise processes, systems, and ways of working, while helping teams build their own improvement capability along the way.
You'll bring a strong understanding of cost drivers, risk, and internal controls, and translate data and insights into practical improvements that stick. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where collaboration, curiosity, and thoughtful challenge are valued.
