Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
As a Senior Risk and Assurance Advisor - Internal Audit, you'll provide independent, objective assurance and trusted advice across the NZ Post Group. You'll lead risk-based internal audits across the enterprise, from our customer teams, to finance, operations, people, data & technology and everything else in between); helping strengthen risk management, controls, and governance.
Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll translate audit insights into practical recommendations that add value, improve performance, and keep safety front of mind. You'll also contribute to the ongoing development of our internal audit methodologies and ways of working.

You'll be an experienced internal auditor who understands the fundamental principles of key controls and risks who enjoys getting out into the business, asking good questions, and understanding how things really work, not just reviewing them from behind a desk. You're confident operating independently, but you value collaboration and credibility just as much as technical skill.
