Senior Business Analyst

Are you a strategic thinker with experience in FMIS? This is an opportunity to combine innovation with enterprise strategy and help deliver meaningful business outcomes.
As a Senior Business Analyst within the centralised BA practice in Data and Technology, you will lead business analysis across complex initiatives with a strong focus on financial systems transformation. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you will work collaboratively to help shape delivery outcomes that align to strategic goals and unlock long term value.
You will work across the full change lifecycle, from early opportunity framing and feasibility through to implementation and value realisation. Using your FMIS expertise, you will uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions and ensure solutions are fit for purpose, commercially sound and aligned to enterprise direction.

You are a commercially astute Senior Business Analyst who is confident operating in large, complex environments. You combine analytical rigour with strategic thinking and are comfortable influencing at senior levels.
You can navigate ambiguity, validate hypotheses, uncover root causes and focus effort where it will create the greatest return. You are equally comfortable working within Agile product teams and structured programme environments.
