Processing & Automation (P&A) Improvement & Transformation Manager – Fixed Term

Automation excellence is our thing! If playing a key role in improving our processing sites and improving operational efficiency is your thing, this could be your next move.
In this role you will lead the improvement and transformation initiatives across our P&A network. You will shape the P&A portfolio, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with the Automation Excellence Lead and P&A operational site leads to deliver meaningful operational enhancements.
This role will also lead the coordination and delivery of P&A Portfolio representing P&A leadership across the various governance forums and business planning groups
Partnering with site leaders and operational teams, you will identify opportunities, address key operational challenges, and embed best practices that can be replicated across multiple sites to lift capability and performance nationally.
