Senior Customer Billing Specialist

At NZ Post, our Finance Operations team keeps the engine running, making sure every dollar, detail, and delivery lines up. We're looking for a Senior Customer Billing Specialist to help lead the charge on best-practice billing, process improvement, and customer service excellence.
You'll be the go-to person for resolving complex billing issues, guiding the team, and ensuring customers are billed accurately and on time. It's a hands-on role that blends technical know-how with stakeholder management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
