Quality and Compliance Coordinator
We're looking for a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Wiri, at the Auckland Processing Centre. In this role, you'll help ensure we remain compliant across key areas including aviation security, border security, regulatory frameworks and internal quality standards.
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Working as part of a team and reporting to the Operational Compliance Manager, this busy and varied role will see you coordinating and supporting the Manager with various compliance and quality assurance activities from our APC site in Wiri.
You are the key interface between CAA, MPI and NZ Customs for manual, procedure statement and exposition changes, as well as managing the Known Customer Programme.
With an eye for detail, you'll operate our site calendar for upcoming training, events, renewals and reviews to make sure nothing is missed. You'll also be responsible for the APC Compliance SharePoint registers including the Compliance and QA activity calendar, the process review calendar and the document register, ensuring all action points are being moved through in a timely manner and undertaken within the required timelines.

You are a quick thinker, with a proven administrative background, ideally involving audits or quality systems.
You know how to work autonomously and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders. You're a natural communicator — calm under pressure, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and across different shifts to support a 24/7 operation.
Your background in Operations, Quality and / or Audit systems will set you apart, as will your advanced level word and excel.
