Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Our Digital Workspace team is responsible for areas of communication, collaboration, mobility and productivity applications which enable NZ Post employees to operate within an environment where technology makes a difference and is best in class. Workplace innovations enable our teams to perform at their best, and this team are integral to that success, constantly focused on evolving the end user experience from a digital workplace perspective. This role is accountable for driving the direction and delivery of end user services within the Digital Workspace environment and for leading initiatives within the Microsoft 365 toolset. This covers Desktop, Mobile and M365 services.
As a people leader, this role is also responsible for leading a team which operates with a positive and inclusive culture. To be successful in this role you will have built and led high performing teams through coaching and mentoring. You will have knowledge across the functions of this team and have successfully led practitioners within these areas of expertise.
Mōu - About you
This role reports to our GM of Technology Infrastructure and Operations and is part of a leadership team. As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have demonstrated experience managing large complex modern digital workspace environments successfully with a continuous improvement mindset.
Your career history will have been gained within large complex organisations, with a commercial focus and a track record for lifting performance, influencing a team and achieving success through others. Your ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of an organisation will be second to none and your desire to problem solve, with a customer centric mindset and deliver intuitive solutions for customers will be music to your ears.
