As the Value and Performance Partner, this role has been designed be responsible for supporting business operations by improving visibility, value, and performance across all supplier and project spend, vendor services and key internal processes. Key responsibilities include:
Mōu - About you
As the ideal candidate for this role, you will hold a relevant qualification in Business, Finance or IT coupled with 3-4 years' experience in business operations, finance, or project coordination roles. You will have a high proficiency with Excel (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, charting) and familiarity with working on datasets and a familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, Lucidchart or Miro.
Your strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret cost and usage data in an operational context will be your superpower, along with great communication skills and the ability to convey data-led insights to a non-technical audience. You are highly organised with a process-oriented mindset and good attention to detail. Exposure to procurement or contract operations would be advantageous.
