Senior Learning Designer - 8 month fixed term role
Due to an internal secondment opportunity, we are looking for a Senior Learning Designer to join us on an 8 month, fixed-term contract until end of March 2026.

Reporting into the Head of Learning and Development, and working alongside the Strategic Capability Partner you will pick up and continue:
It's work that's underway, and it's big and hearty. It requires a keen eye and an innate ability to look across workstreams and identify gaps and L&D work that is required or emerging, then putting highly competent hands around that.
Your focus on partnering with the business and ability to communicate in plain English will mean you'll always be clear about what success looks like for the stakeholder and keeping your eye on that. They'll know the value they get from working with you and want to continue doing so.
You'll be a self-starter, and your own curiosity and experience will mean your kete of techniques and tools will be jam-packed with ideas and skills for creating great learning experiences and supporting learning while working.
