Personal Assistant to GM's - 12 month fixed term
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
This is a 12 month opportunity and based in Christchurch you'll be working closely with three of our GM's to provide professional level support and assistance.
Everything from diary and email management, travel bookings, event management, attending meetings and minute taking, assisting with monthly performance reporting, drafting, editing and distributing papers and documents, and generally partnering with and providing support to make the GM's working lives seamless.
You'll also provide support to their wider Leadership teams, you'll do this through understanding both the team and GM's goals and ambitions, and then using your considerable judgement, superior attention to detail and proactive thinking pull it all together.
This role is based in our Christchurch (Yaldhurst) office, but like most modern organisations we offer a hybrid working environment (mix of home and office). As one of the GM's is Auckland based, there will be some travel to Auckland from time to time.
Mōu - About you
As an experienced PA, you'll be used to supporting at a senior level in large and complex organisations.
You'll be great at building relationships, making things happen as if by magic and enjoy ticking things off the do list to keep the ship on track. You'll be comfortable being self-directed and working autonomously but also enjoy being part of a team and building relationships.
