Site Support Specialist - Auckland Central Depot
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
We are currently accepting applications for an administration superstar to join the Auckland Central team and support the site leadership team.
This is a varied role, and it will provide great insight into how our business works while also contributing to its successful operation. If you have administration experience and you're looking for your next exciting role, then this could be it!
This role is critical for providing our Facilities & Safety Manager with hands on support, ensuring the site remains a safe environment for our people to work in. This role will also see you working on the following:
This is a Monday to Friday position, however there may need to be flexibility to work some weekend hours during times of peak periods and high volume work.
Mōu - About you
This is a hands-on role with lots of people to engage and build connections with, so will require you to demonstrate excellent relationship building skills and effective organisational skills. You'll also need to be proactive, discreet and use your initiative, so the leadership team can get on with their priorities that come with managing the site.
You'll have a strong administrative background and enjoy working in a busy and operational environment. Most importantly you'll have good organisation and planning skills, the ability to work well under pressure, good computer literacy skills and great communication skills.
