Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Our Technology Services team is the heart of our Technology Infrastructure & Operations (TI&O) function. This passionate team work firmly alongside our business groups to ensure our IT services are delivering what the business need, in an effective, commercial astute and reliable way.
Our Technology Services Manager is an imperative position within the function. Reporting to our GM TI&O and as part of the TI&O leadership team, this role is designed to lead our team of SDM's who are responsible for delivering best-in-class IT Service Management. Bridging the gap between Technology Operations and business needs. This role owns incident, problem, change and release management, service delivery and service desk.
Building teams that operate with a positive inclusive culture is your passion. To be successful in this role you will have built and led high performing teams through coaching and mentoring. You will have knowledge across the functions of this team and have successfully led practitioners within these areas of expertise.
Mōu - About you
We operate within the ITIL framework, and as the ideal candidate for this role you will be qualified and experienced in this area. You will have a broad range of technical breath and understanding across IT domains and processes, coupled with great vendor management skills.
Your career history will have been gained within large complex organisations, with a commercial focus and a track record for lifting performance, influencing a large team and achieving success through others. Your ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of an organisation will be second to none and your desire to problem solve, with a customer centric mindset and deliver intuitive solutions for customers will be music to your ears.
