Process Improvement Specialist
Part of our Operational business unit this role is part of a team of specialists working to make our organisation as efficient and effective as possible.
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
As a Process Improvement Specialist with us, you'll be working as part of a team of specialists with a focus on standardisation and consistency; you'll be involved in identifying and analysing areas for improvement and benchmark comparatives across our operational business (CSD).
Working to business initiatives, and in conjunction with Service Delivery leadership, you'll create improvement plans that lift performance with key measurables in place. You'll also provide input to reviewing national designs for service or product delivery, determining how best to implement in each area, as well as helping to create national design, ensuring that needs are practical and pragmatic to suit the business.
Mōu - About you
A key quality you'll possess is curiosity, you'll be keen to know how things work currently in CSD and a continuous improvement mindset to look at opportunities and ways that things can be done better.
You'll be comfortable presenting documents and talking to groups of people, so the ability to workshop ideas and solutions through facilitation of robust discussions and drawing ideas out of key stakeholders. We are looking for someone with great Excel skills to analyse data and come up with actionable insights and if you have experience with PowerBI or Power Apps that would be a bonus. Above all else, you'll be a team player and problem solver.
