Working at our Buxton Square Box Lobby, our Mail and Customer Service Officers deliver an exceptional level of service managing inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone.  You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers.   Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills. 

We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.

What we need from you: 

• Be available to work Monday to Saturday from 6.30am - 9.30am
• Reliable transport to get to and from work 
• Problem solving skills – can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
• Administration and data entry skills
• Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
