Operations Manager - APC
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Reporting to the Processing Centre Manager and based at our brand-new facility in Wiri, you'll work in a hands-on operational environment, involved in daily operations as well as managing budgets, liaising with stakeholders and most importantly coaching and developing your team.
Every day you'll strive to exceed customer expectations and service targets, while ensuring the processing centre's performance achieves world class safety, service, cost and people outcomes. A natural problem solver, you'll proactively identify operational anomalies and prevent issues from escalating as well as leading continuous improvement projects.
You'll also contribute to the overall site planning, delivering on business plan initiatives and ensuring adherence to the management operating systems.
This facility operates 24/7 but this role typically works Monday to Friday from 6.00 am to 2.30 pm, however, this role would suit someone who is flexible to work as the role requires.
