This role has been designed to accelerate our transformation into a future fit, technology smart and commercially sustainable organisation. Part of this journey is delivering the best possible digital workplace experience, ensuring our employees, partners, and customers have the digital tools, connectivity, and information they need 24x7 to help them thrive. To do this, our GM Technology Infrastructure & Operations will lead a large team of internal and outsourced IT partners to deliver worldclass technology experiences. This role will design, deliver, and support core infrastructure technology solutions, focusing on agility, stability, operational excellence and achieving high performance at the lowest possible cost.
The possibilities in this space are vast. This is a rare opportunity to take one of NZ's largest networks and help shape, form, and evolve it into a modernised digital function.

Core IT services, and ensuring they are the best possible experience for end users, will be your passion. You will have demonstrated senior leadership experience leading engaged teams of IT experts working towards this same goal. Ideally you will have successfully been on this journey before and have a desire to lead it again, even better!
