As a Service Delivery Co-ordinator, you will be essential in providing high quality administration and coordination support to our team at Wellington NZ Post. This is a full time permanent position 40 hours/week where you will need to be available to work Monday to Friday from 5.00am until 2.30pm.
In this role, no two days will be the same! You will be undertaking a variety of tasks including assessing courier freight volumes working with business owners and relief staff, assessing staff resourcing and allocation of work to staff, ensuring the daily operations runs smoothly and take charge and resolve any issues on the day. We're looking for a natural organiser who enjoys a busy and varied hands on role that will see you half in the office and half in operations, someone who can multi-task and coordinate multiple activities and resources to achieve results.
