The needs of our customers are ever-changing and happening faster every day – our team needs to be one step ahead of these changes and act quickly, knowing exactly how the network is performing and able to deliver for our customers.
As a Charge Hand you will report directly to the Processing Team Leader.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Your previous experience in an operational environment will stand you in good stead and a fork-hoist licence will be advantageous. It goes without saying that you will have a commitment to excellence and proactive attitude to a team providing services at the highest possible standard.
You might be in a similar role and looking for a change of location, or you may have been told that you are ready and able to step up into a supervisory position.
We are looking for someone to bring their enthusiasm to our mix of talent to our Strathallan Street depot. We set our new employees up for success by providing training and development including induction and on-the-job learning.
All external applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand. Appointees will also be subject to a security (and credit check) and will be required to undertake a drug test.
