Service Delivery Coordinator l Permanent Full-Time| Kaiwharawhara

As a Service Delivery Coordinator you will be essential in providing high quality administration and coordination support to our teams.
We have 2 fulltime permanent positions where you will need to be available to work
Shift 1: Monday to Friday from 6am until 2.30pm or
Shift 2: Thursday, Friday and Monday from 9.30am to 6.00pm, Saturday 6.00am to 2.30pm and Sunday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Both roles is based at our Kaiwharawhara Depot.
This role will see you undertaking a variety of administrative tasks to support the Service Delivery Managers who manage our Courier and Rural Contractors. You will also be required to support the wider Leadership Team from time to time. This role will involve engaging directly with Contractors and customers over the phone, fully supported by the Service Delivery Managers.
We're looking for a natural organiser who enjoys a busy and varied hands on role The Service Delivery Coordinator role will suit someone who can multi-task and coordinate a variety of activities to achieve the required results.
