Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Right now, we are recruiting Service Operations Manager, based at our Whangarei depot. Reporting to Northland Area Manager, this is a brilliant opportunity for an outstanding leader to manage our Customer Service and Processing teams.
You'll be responsible for two teams of 23 in total, across different shifts.

This is a true leadership position, where you'll create an engaged, high performing team culture, taking the time to understand each individual in order to develop their skills and careers, while recognising and rewarding performance and managing poor performance. The role also interacts with our key commercial customers in the region, so you'll be building relationships that add strategic value to our customers' business.
This role operates during core business hours, Monday to Friday, however flexibility is required recognising the 24/7 nature of our organisation.
