Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
You'll be responsible for leading the multi-media learning portfolio and influencing good practice in user-generated content to support our organisational priorities.
Through stakeholder engagement and needs analysis, you'll use strong visual, creative, graphic and design thinking, to create great user-experience learning.
You'll turn this into high quality multi-media collateral, stories and solutions utilising multiple tools and technologies including video production. With accessibility and usability at the forefront of your design approach, you'll be organised and disciplined at managing the library of collateral.
With a focus on helping others, you'll lead conversations for communities of practice, aiding the business in creating their content, creating “hacks” for them to tap into to produce quality outputs and shared learning outcomes.
Focussed on continuous improvement and delivering the best, you'll monitor and analyse the impact of learning solutions, then use this to improve the effectiveness and impact of future learning design and development.
Mōu - About you
As an experienced instructional designer with broad experience across a range of contexts, you'll have experience in implementing design thinking methodologies, including user journeys.
You'll couple this with being
It goes without saying, but we'll say it anyway, you'll also be tech savvy and proficient in Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Articulate 360 and MS Office.
