Reporting to our Group Manager Finance Shared Services your remit will be to lead the design and development of strategies, policies and controls to prevent, detect, investigate and mitigate external fraud. You'll work collaboratively across our business and with third parties to explore, understand and articulate our current risk exposure to external fraud, and then you'll use that knowledge to advise how we set up robust foundations to protect our customers and their data. Importantly, you'll also be responsible for the delivery of a framework to ensure our compliance with PCI-DSS across the business, and you'll play a key role in safeguarding our customers, cardholders and our business from financial loss and / or damage to reputation.
You'll be a seasoned specialist, with strong commercial nous and proven risk, compliance or fraud prevention experience - this could be from a background in internal audit, auditing IT systems and platforms, or compliance and banking. You'll have knowledge and experience of PCI-DSS compliance, and ideally e-commerce environments. You are known as an expert who quickly understands the current state and requirements, then develops and implements new processes, procedures and controls.
