We are now embarking on our 10-year plan for growth and leading an exciting time of transformation and industry disruption. As our world changes the volume of parcels we process every day is growing rapidly. To ensure we future-proof for this continued growth, we are investing in the transformation of our network to support our strategic goals over the next 10 years.
Our Design and Change Team are currently seeking an experienced Change Manager. This person will be involved in several intricately linked workstreams that will transform the way we work. As a dedicated Change Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the design, development and implementation of change management interventions to ensure the successful delivery of change across specific portfolios or workstreams. Duties will include applying appropriate change management processes and tools to lead the design, development and implementation of fit-for-business change strategies across key business change initiatives, to support adoption of the changes and maximise the realisation of business benefits.
