Customer Service Representative | Permanent Part Time | Whangarei

Based at our Whangarei Branch, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our customers by resolving enquiries and providing solutions.

In this dynamic role you will:

• Communicate clearly with all our customers in a calm and professional manner
• Provide information and support regarding NZ Post products and services
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and fellow staff alike

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:

• Able to work Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 3:00PM and every second Saturday 8:30AM - 11:00AM
• Proven experience in customer service or retail to deal with a diverse range of customer queries
• A willingness to learn and take on board our policies and procedures
• Comfort using new systems and processes 
• Strong communication skills to engage our customers, discuss products and services that they need and provide solutions.
