About the role
This Property Manager role is part of a team of dedicated property professionals who are committed to providing appropriate accommodation for our fantastic people. You'll be primarily responsible for the Corporate Offices across our portfolio as well as managing the expense and risk profile, maximising income from external sources and ensuring compliance with the provisions of our leases and all relevant legislation. The team provides input into property-related strategic business projects, and as we respond to the changing needs of our business, you'll take a leading role in the standardisation of our corporate office workspaces and provide client-side project management and tenant liaison for construction and facilities management projects.
You'll need to have formal qualifications in property, law or business and will have knowledge of the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. You have strong working experience preferably in a new ways of working corporate office environment, can work autonomously and demonstrate strong decision-making skills and initiative. This role connects and collaborates across our business, so having the ability to use customer insights to inform your solutions, and build strong relationships through credibility and trust, and is vital.
