E-commerce is booming, which means the volume of parcels we process every day is growing rapidly. To ensure we future-proof for this continued growth, we have established a dedicated Programme Management Office (PMO) to support our strategic goals.

What will I be doing as a Programme Coordinator?

  • Support Project Managers in project delivery and adherence to project methodologies, tools and templates
  • Coordinate the development of plans, budgets and reviews
  • Document management and control
  • Prioritise activities, resolve issues and support continuous improvement
  • General administration / coordination support within the PMO

Who is NZ Post looking for?

  • Right now, you're a Programme / Project Coordinator, with experience operating in a project delivery environment
  • A master meeting organiser, reporting whizz and ball juggler who doesn't miss a detail
  • Proactive, flexible, people person who knows who to talk to and where to go, to get things done
  • Ideally hold or be working towards, a project management qualification, i.e. PMI, Prince2
