To ensure we future-proof for this continued growth, we have established a dedicated Programme Management Office (PMO) to support our strategic goals over the next 10 years.

Reporting to the Programme Director, you'll be responsible for project managing activities that deliver MHS automation solutions for new processing sites within the transformation programme. You'll lead a team of internal and external stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the project; from requirements and data analysis, to concept development through to managing procurement and vendor engagement. The result is a fit for purpose automation solution ready to hand over to our implementation team; delivered on time, within scope and budget. The role will manage multiple solutions in parallel; all at different stages of development.

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager, degree qualified in mechanical, electrical or computer engineering with an understanding of automation design, industrial robotics and/or machine controlled systems. You'll also hold relevant practitioner qualifications, e.g. PMI, Prince2, Six Sigma. Your experience demonstrates a high degree of complexity - the delivery of transformational, sophisticated technical solutions at scale. Your leadership skills are second to none - as you'll be influencing internal stakeholders, leading cross-functional project teams and managing external vendors.
