To ensure we future-proof for this continued growth, we have established a dedicated Programme Management Office (PMO) to support our strategic goals over the next 10 years.

As Programme Manager in our newly established PMO, you'll manage a team of Project Managers within the Network Capabilities programme for successful delivery of projects on time, within scope and budget. Reporting to the Programme Director, you'll be a pivotal member of the programme leadership team. You'll lead and deliver strategic projects involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders across people, process and technology.

We're seeking a seasoned Programme Manager with experience managing complex, high dollar value programmes for large organisations. While experience in the postal industry would be a huge advantage, we understand this background is rare - so it's essential you have led a major supply chain change programme that involved the delivery of a sortation management and/or logistics automation solution. This is a major organisational change that will introduce an entirely new operating model - so you'll need to show us the battle scars of a programme you have led on an equivalent scale.

You're an inspirational leader who can clearly articulate a vision and influence key decision makers. Your strategic mind, strong commercial and financial acumen and excellent stakeholder engagement skills will ensure your success. You'll also hold relevant practitioner qualifications, e.g. PMI, Prince2, Six Sigma, Agile.
