At New Zealand Post, nothing gets in the way of delivering what our customers care about. In order to achieve this, we need data and insights we can rely on to ensure we have the right operational processes in place.

As an Operations Analyst, you'll run automation sorting reports, analyse data and identify the cause of issues at our automated parcel sortation sites nationwide. Your analysis will ensure accuracy of parcel sortation and continuous improvement of our operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate, or someone with 1-2 years' experience in an analytical role. You'll need strong Excel skills, be able to pick up systems quickly and get a buzz from using data to solve real world problems. You're the type of person who rolls your sleeves up and gets stuck in, and ideally brings experience in an operational environment or an industry such as logistics or manufacturing.

This isn't a role where you'll be stuck staring at a spreadsheet all day - interpersonal skills are absolutely key. We need someone who isn't afraid to meet with people across the business, ask questions, can relate to a broad range of people across our organisation and have a positive, solutions focus.

As well as day to day business, there's loads of exciting projects on the go at New Zealand Post, so it couldn't be a better time to join us. Based in Highbrook, you'll enjoy training and support from your team, as well as onsite parking and café and being part of a high performing team with opportunities to develop your skills and grow your career.

Apply online today. Applications close on Sunday 26th January 2020.

All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand. Appointees will be subject to a security check and may be required to undertake drug, alcohol and / or credit checks.
