  • Work/life balance – 20 hours per week
  • Wellington based relationship manager role
  • Complex and rewarding opportunity

Around since 1840, New Zealand Post has a long history – and a great future. There are many of us – involved in postal, banking, communication, data management, logistics and distribution services – helping New Zealand run. Our eyes are firmly on the future and making sure we bring the best of it to our customers and communities.

What's the role?

We have a fantastic part-time (20 hours per week) opportunity in our Regulatory and Government Relations team.  In this role, you will be New Zealand Post's key relationship for our access operators, who are among our largest mail customers and who have complex needs.  You will build and maintain strong engagement with our access operators on access pricing and access pricing processes.

You will need to be dedicated to providing a superb customer experience and a good part of your role will be troubleshooting and working with our access operators to ensure billing, contracts, issue resolution, compliance and new requests all function smoothly.

Show us what you've got

You'll need to demonstrate excellent relationship management, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, and we expect that you'll have at least 3 years' experience.  You will also need to be highly organised and have strong time management skills.  Ideally you will have knowledge of the types of concerns that wholesale customers would typically experience, or a willingness to learn and understand this over time.

Interested? We'd love to hear from you.

We've attached a JD on our careers page: – but visit our website, see what we're doing and what we're about then apply online. For further information please contact Nikki Tuhou (Talent Sourcing Specialist) on 027 229 8364.
