We have 2 positions currently available in the newly created role of Business Manager - Partners, working with some of NZ Post's highest value customers and partners, leveraging relationships to make an impact.

One key focus of the role will be the implementation of a partnership framework across existing and new partners, encompassing strategic account management, strong relationship and influencing skills to grow revenue that adds value, not only to our customers and partners, but to NZ Post.

Industry background isn't important to us, in fact the more diverse the better, but strategic sales / key account management experience and strong commercial acumen is essential. You'll be used to thinking “outside the box” and using your highly-developed relationship management and interpersonal skills to negotiate and influence to maximise revenue opportunities.  Most importantly you'll be passionate about doing the right things for our customers.
