Start the new year off with a new role, helping us to build the best delivery business for New Zealand

Awesome team, flexible environment, interesting and varied work - what's not to love?

One of our loved colleagues is leaving us to pursue some new career adventures and as a result we have an opportunity to welcome someone new into the Talent Acquisition and Management team here in our Wellington HQ.

The requirements for the job are pretty straightforward and you can read the attached position description to download on the detail, but in short, we need an experienced talent acquisition pro, who can support different corporate disciplines, IT, Finance, HR etc. and manage end to end sourcing and selection processes with leaders across all our businesses in New Zealand.

What's more important is what you will bring to our team in terms of your attitude, your energy and your desire to be a part of a tight knit team who both love what we do and the business we do it for.

We embrace flexibility and know it's about the value you deliver, regardless of where and when you're at your desk. As a team we value collaboration, sharing ideas and ways of working. We use insight and innovation to help us connect the best candidates to the best jobs with the best leaders in our business.

We think it's a great opportunity for someone to come and do their best work, and to be a part of an impressive team.

If you want to learn more about the role and how we roll here at NZ Post contact one of us today for a conversation – or apply online and find out more today.
