New Zealand Post has a rich history and a bright future as we transform and disrupt our industry to be NZ's #1 delivery partner for e-commerce. Our talented in-house Digital team design, develop and continuously improve digital products and services for our customers. It's an exciting time to join us and be part of the team creating best in class responsive websites, apps and digital retail interfaces.

As a Senior UX / UI Designer, you'll design digital experiences to enable NZ Post to deliver what our customers care about. You will take what users want, need, and expect from our services, and push those expectations into the world of creativity. You're a passionate customer advocate and have a clear vision for what memorable digital experiences can be.

We're looking for an experienced UX / UI Designer with a deep knowledge of design principles. You'll need a degree in Web Design and be a confident user of tools such as InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Bohemian Sketch.

However, the most important factors on our wishlist are your infectious passion for the field of UX, your ability to stand your ground and influence the wider Digital team in a confident yet collaborative way and the ability to take business objectives and translate those into creative solutions with the customer at the heart. You're an outgoing communicator and articulate presenter who can relate to developers, testers, internal stakeholders and customers, making complex concepts clear for users.

You'll love being part of our talented, creative and fun loving team, operating in an Agile/Scrum environment in a super cool workspace in Parnell. A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer, and the opportunity to learn from the best and develop your Digital career with an iconic NZ organisation doing meaningful work.
