  • Fixed Term contract for approximately 11 months.

We are looking for someone to take over the leadership of the team for 11 months.

About the role:
You'll be leading a team that process approximately 10,000 invoices a month for multiple clients throughout New Zealand. As a people leader, your main focus will be on ensuring the success of your team – for you to be the technical expert in all aspects our Accounts Payable and Purchasing process. You'll oversee the team's workload to ensure all suppliers are paid on time and correctly and purchasing principles are followed, resolving key disputes when necessary.

We'd love you to have some of the following:

  • A strong background in accounts payable/receivable, purchasing, finance or admin leadership experience within in a large organisation.
  • Experience with using an integrated FMIS system 
  • Familiarity with the principles and concepts of account coding and able to interpret and apply a chart of accounts.
