We've promoted Andikha… which means we're looking for a new Senior Customer Insights Analyst to join the Consumer Marketing team at NZ Post!

We know that all large corporates are looking for people like you, so here's 8 reasons why this is the best Insights role in town:

1) NZ Post is an iconic Kiwi organisation. You might feel a bit nervous about our declining mail volumes, but our parcel business is BOOMING! We're the #1 delivery partner for e-commerce and this growth presents loads of exciting opportunities for us.

2) Our Consumer Marketing team is a stellar group of smart and talented marketers who are full of ideas that they don't just talk about, but put into action.

3) You'll get loads of autonomy and exposure to exciting projects, senior leaders, business strategy and agency relationships - it's not a behind the scenes Insights role.

4) As an SOE, what we do is meaningful and touches the lives of all New Zealanders - it's not all about making more money for a corporate machine.

5) The timing of this role couldn't be better - we are turning a corner as an organisation with an incredible executive team in place and improved financial performance.

6) Our brand is transforming and disrupting… and while I can't tell you much more about that, there is some seriously cool stuff happening behind the scenes that you don't want to miss.

7) There are career opportunities galore - this vacancy exists because of a promotion, and we see this role as an incredible development opportunity for a rising star.

8) We're super flexible - this role has the option to be based in Auckland (Highbrook) or Wellington (CBD) with the option to work remotely from our other sites or even 4 days per week or flexible hours to avoid the traffic.

So, who are we looking for? You'll need Insights experience, agency or client-side, that goes beyond standard reporting to tell a story with customer-led data at the heart. You're an inquisitive problem solver, who uses business intelligence to influence stakeholders and improve customer experience. Most importantly, you have a genuine passion for what you do that will excite us from the moment we meet you.

To find out more about the role specifics, download the JD on NZ Post's Careers site - or contact Yvette Knight (NZ Post's Talent Sourcing Specialist) on 0275463148.

Applications close 24th May 2019.

All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand. Appointees will be subject to a security check and may be required to undertake drug, alcohol and / or credit checks. A full, clean drivers licence is required.
