We currently have an opportunity for an PA /Team Assistant to join the team and provide an efficient and effective service for our General Manager Technology, General Manager Digital, and the General Manager for Data and Analytics.  This is an exciting time to join NZ Post, as we accelerate in our transformation, so we are looking for a capable, intelligent individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work at the pace demanded by their managers' busy workloads.  The role requires you to be one step ahead, anticipate and prepare for their needs and deliver to those priorities.  The role will involve establishing and maintaining a number of systems, processes and relationship networks within the wider organisation to ensure the Technology, Digital and Data team runs smoothly. 

Previous experience as a PA in a corporate environment is key to success in the role.  You'll have strong prioritisation skills with the ability to multi- task and work autonomously with a demanding workload. You'll have the maturity and confidence to communicate and negotiate effectively with a wide range of people across all levels of the business and technically you'll have advanced skills across the full Microsoft Office Suite of products (particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word).  

The job holder must at all times maintain extremely high levels of confidentiality as the information that the jobholder will be privy to may be of a commercial or sensitive nature. All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand and appointees will be subject to a security check and will be required to undertake a drug test.
