The Content & Visual Design Manager will lead the development of all in-house content, design and communication at an enterprise level.   You will work collaboratively with agency partners to deliver a high standard of creative work in the most efficient way and ensure a consistent tone of voice and visual representation of our brand across multiple touchpoints, messages, channels and audiences.

This role is responsible for the prioritisation, planning and creation of content for our customers and our people with key internal stakeholders such as Learning & Development, Leadership & Culture, Stamps & Collectables, Business Marketing and Strategic Communications.

Key accountabilities of the position include:

  • Visual, digital and content design & development across employee and customer audiences.
  • Video creation & development across employee and customer audiences.
  • Workload management & prioritisation.
  • Alignment of execution to brand guidelines.

To be successful in this position you'll need solid and demonstrable experience leading a team of designers/creatives and establishing clear processes for workflow management. Tertiary qualified in Graphic Design, Communications, or other relevant field, you'll also bring experience as an account manager, planner or designer in an agency environment or as part of an in-house design team.
