We are building an awesome in-house digital team to design, develop and continuously improve digital products and services for our customers. This is a great time to join and be part the team that creates stunning responsive websites, apps and digital retail interfaces.

As the UX Researcher in a creative, motivated and talented team, you will help craft new digital experiences to enable NZ Post to deliver what people care about using your outstanding research skills and talent for making complex information clear for users. You'll define research objectives and formulate research proposals, along with conducting studies by applying methods such as usability testing, field research, surveys, diary studies, and any other methods impactful in the formulation of product approaches that improve consumer experience.  Through analysis of qualitative and quantitative data you'll generate strategic and tactical insights along with actionable recommendations that drive product design improvements and innovation that will in turn improve the consumer experience.

Key to your success in this role is your extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, along with proven experience in usability studies, interviewing, ethnographic observation, and video editing. Your superior analytical skills and deep understanding of behavioral analysis and statistical concepts will allow you to perform key researches while your strong communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to relay complex information in a simple, clear, and concise manner and collaborate with cross-functional personnel.  As the position requires regular presentations of visually and verbally engaging content, you'll have proficiency in online user testing tools, Sketch and software that aids in the delivery of high quality presentations.
