The Digital Operations Manager leads a creative, motivated and talented team to ensure our digital experiences continue to enable NZ Post to deliver what people care about. You will manage day-to-day digital operations by leveraging existing NZ Post digital assets and aligning daily activity to strategic direction and agreed objectives.  Working alongside digital product owners and the Head of Digital Solution Delivery, you'll ensure digital activities are aligned while continuously improving the performance and operational efficiencies of NZ Post's digital assets. You'll also be the first point of contact for the business for digital requests - triaging and scheduling within your team or channelling to other appropriate teams.

To be successful in this role, you'll need proven experience in a digital operational leadership position and in-depth experience in large scale, enterprise-wide digital operations.  Tertiary qualified and with experience in Agile methodology, you'll have demonstrable experience in building and maintaining processes to support high volume digital requests and be comfortable managing multiple projects and digital capabilities.  You'll be a skilled communicator, able to speak effectively to senior leadership and internal / external stakeholders, while creating and delivering informative and persuasive presentations.
