We are building an awesome in-house digital team to design, develop and continuously improve digital products and services for our customers. This is a great time to join and be part the team that creates stunning responsive websites, apps and digital retail interfaces.

As a Business Analyst, you'll work in a creative, motivated and talented Scrum team and play a key role in the successful delivery of our digital roadmap to enable NZ Post to deliver what people care about.  You will use your experience of working with product owners, UX researchers, data specialists and key business subject matter experts to prepare user stories ready for the Scrum team.  While also collaborating with a cross-functional team of product owners, digital domain architect, UX/UI designers, developers, testers and others to execute against product roadmaps and release plans by clarifying and detailing requirements.

Key to your success in this role will be your solid Agile Business Analyst and management experience, along with related business experience, including experience gathering requirements for work requests.  You'll be Agile certified (or hold equivalent experience) and be well versed in developing/managing digital capabilities, managing a product roadmap with multiple stakeholders and have demonstrated experience in digital product design and ‘test and learn' methodologies.  You'll be an innovative thinker, customer centric with strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to create and deliver informative and persuasive presentations.
