We are building an awesome in-house digital team to design, develop and continuously improve digital products and services for our customers. This is a great time to join and be part the team that creates stunning responsive websites, apps and digital retail interfaces.

Key to your success in this role will be your solid and demonstrable experience successfully managing development teams in a comparable environment. Tertiary qualified and with Agile accreditation, you'll have extensive technical understanding across the digital domain and an understanding of digital development and testing best practices, innovation and technical directions internationally. What will really set you apart though, is your interpersonal and leadership skills -  you'll be decisive and confident, with the ability to inspire and energise, while demonstrating authenticity.

In return, you'll have the opportunity to work with like-minded, talented and creative people in an Agile/Scrum environment with a shared passion for creating memorable digital experiences.
