You'll work in partnership with our people/leaders to design frameworks, processes, tools and programmes of learning that empower our leaders to develop high performing teams – organisation wide. Your projects will range in complexity and scope and may include elements of leadership development, talent management, diversity and inclusion, performance management, recognition, outplacement support and culture change.

This opportunity would suit you if you like to focus on design and development of tools and learning. You'll be able to move forward without 100% clarity and be someone that loves to grab a good opportunity. You'll love interaction with people (and be comfortable with senior leaders) and find you easily develop strong relationships through your deep OD knowledge and experiences, and warm consultative style.

While you will need deep experience within the Organisational Development space, for us it's more about how you get things done – your strength of relationships and your openness to experience. How you influence and work alongside people to drive successful outcomes.
