We are seeking a Wellington based Telebusiness Manager to join our high performing Regional Accounts RAMS team. With a portfolio of established customers, it will be your role to retain and grow their business via phone based account management and solution selling.

This Telebusiness position is a fantastic stepping stone if your ultimate goal is to become a field based Regional Account manager. If you can demonstrate the ability to exceed customer’s expectations, while identifying opportunities for growth, then the sky is the limit for your sales career within our large, iconic organisation.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales or relationship management
  • Loves building relationships and highly customer focussed
  • Professional phone manner
  • Great business acumen and problem solving skills
  • Solutions focused and goal driven
  • Ideally with a parcels and logistics background
