The People Experience Team contributes to building capability and unleashing Potential.

We're on a significant journey of transformation that impacts every aspect of our business – We have a new CEO; We're becoming truly customer centric in a digital world; and we're working to get our delivery network ready for the future.

Wow.  That's a lot! It's very exciting! Challenging at times, of course.  We've got a genuine commitment to do the right work – even pulling bits apart and re-building.  This is a mind-set change for us as a business and a unique opportunity for you to be part of it.

That's where you come in.  You'll be responsible for managing the implementation and continuous improvement of key people experience processes and events including on-boarding, engagement surveys, team and leadership 360 surveys, performance management, talent management, rewards and recognition, and supporting people through change. If this sounds like a lot, fear not! You will be supported by a passionate team of designers, HR Advisers, Business Partners and a programme co-ordinator.

This opportunity would suit you if you have a passion for delivering a great people experience at every touch point in the employee lifecycle and have the capability to plan, deliver and continuously improve processes to achieve this.  You'll be super organised and able to make things happen by collaborating with many different stakeholders across the business.  You'll love interaction with people and find you easily develop strong relationships through your ability to deliver and your warm consultative style.

While you'll be a specialist within the Organisational Development space, for us it's more around how you get things done – your strength of relationships and your openness to experience. How you influence and work alongside people.

We are open to flexible working hours.

Please apply online with your full CV and covering letter, quoting Reference CS1265385.  For a full job description visit our careers site: www.jobs.nzpost.co.nz or call Catherine Scott on 04 496 5769
