Operations & Service Delivery Specialist

NZ Post Australia Holdings (NZPAH) is our Australian arm and responsible for developing, implementing, and championing New Zealand Post's inbound and offshore service offerings (encompassing Wholesale / Direct Entry, Direct Marketing, Courier / Freight and UPU flows). We are charged with managing the offshore customer base and directing activities in relation to the inbound and offshore product / solutions suite and global markets to ensure growth in revenue and profit are maximised to deliver strategic and business plan targets.
About the role?
First and foremost you will be making sure our customers are happy, ensuring that all daily operational and account functions are completed within the required timeframes, and assisting our customers with implementation of new products and services, identifying marketing opportunities and facilitating solutions.
As a key link between our customer and global networks, you'll work closely with our International Mail Centre and International Freight Services back in NZ. You will also provide strong monitoring and coordination of all touch points in an end to end logistics supply chain, which will include analysing data and customer preferences and predicting current and future consumer trends.
You'll also get involved in air and sea freight in an administrative capacity around documentation, process and workflow. So attention to detail is critical.
About you
With a couple of years' experience working in either freight forwarding or logistics under your belt, you'll be keen to grow and develop.

A drivers licence would be incredibly helpful for the periodic customer site visits.
